15. Split Rock Lighthouse State Park

When you drive 20 miles northeast of Two Harbors, on Lake Superior’s North Shore, you will encounter the Split Rock Lighthouse. This park is home to the Split Rock Lighthouse, a lighthouse built in 1910 to protect boats shipping on Lake Superior. You can tour the foghorn building, tower, keeper’s house, and lighthouse.
